So in spring i decided to start couponing again after deciding a few months before that , that it was just too much work . SO i logged on to all the mail to home sites i had previously created profiles one ( websaver.ca , save.ca , gocoupons.com , brandsaver.ca , etc) and i requested the coupons i wanted to be mailled to me . i rejoined the coupon train on a facebook group called hanover couponers . and watched my flyers and matched coupons to the sales on the items i actually use ( there really are a TON of coupons out there that i actually use ) . I started shopping more at shoppers to earn points so i could redeem them when they have their mega redepemtion . During their spring mega redemption i got over $200 worth of groceries for $31. See Pic below .
pic 1 of 3 - Retail value $231 ( actual value without sales would of been $300) . Spent out of pocket $31 ( took advantage of shoppers points redemption promo redeemed 80,000 points for 200 off )

SO welcome to my adventure in couponing , i will post more amazing trips i have done coming up next
Recently i decided that i would only spend $200 bi weekly on groceries . My goal is to actually spend LESS then that so i have some wiggle room for the in between . It has actually worked for the most part . :) . my bills have very rarely been anywhere near $200 in fact they are usually closer to $250 but i have gotten them to as low as $150 - $175 . i love sales and coupons LOL , tomorrow i will be going shopping again , this one may be closer to the $200 mark cause i NEED meat .
